Creating a tidy home is a large part of feeling joy and ease on a daily basis. You may not realize it, but clutter weighs down the sub-conscious mind leaving you feel stressed, overwhelmed, and tired! Creating a space that is organized, simple and filled with items that bring you joy will significantly improve your physical and mental well being. When you take the time to go through your belongings and ask your self if each item sparks joy or has a very consistent and functional purpose. Only the items you love most should make the cut!
